Keira Dilberian is an illustrator and animator from New York who is currently studying Animation at the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD).

She is known online as "MutedBlueToon." As the creator of the WEBTOON Canvas Series, "Catching Light" she is extremely passionate about creating narratives through all visual forms.

Outside of work, Keira enjoys playing piano, ice skating, video games, and spending time with family and friends. Keira is always looking for ways to improve her craft to make inspiring stories.​​
